Headwaters Facility FAQs

Are pets allowed in the facility?

No animals are allowed in the facility, only certified service dogs are permitted.

Do I need to clean up after my event?

Yes, you should always clean up your rented space and leave it the way you found it. Please return tables, chairs, etc. to storage unless you paid for set-up/break-down services, then we will put those items away. Please remove and dispose of all event decorations. If you have rented the kitchen, please make sure all surfaces are cleaned.

Do you rent small meeting rooms for local or business travelers?

We offer daily and 1/2 day rentals of our Horse Creek Room and provide wifi. Read more on our Horse Creek Room here.

Do you rent tables, chairs, and linens?

- Tables and chairs are included in all Headwaters rentals. We will also rent them out for other local events. If you're interested in renting tables and chairs for a local event, please call Headwaters to check the availability for your desired dates. 

- Linens are available for rent. Headwaters has white colored table cloths available for both our round and rectangle tables. If you would like a different color, we utilize High County Linens and will order them on your behalf. View our linens rentals under the Additional Items in Book Today!

Do you rent the kitchen only?

We do rent the kitchen. Read more on renting our Kitchen here.

Do you require a deposit?

- We require a $100 refundable damage/cleaning deposit for all room rentals*. After the event and the facility clears, this will be refunded to you.

- For Weddings, we require a $250 refundable security deposit that will be refunded after the wedding and facility clears. 

- We also require a booking deposit (25% of the total rental cost). If you happen to cancel your event before 30 days prior to your event, this booking deposit is refundable. If your event is cancelled within 30 days, this booking deposit is not refundable. 

- *If the Horse Creek Room is the only room booked, the security and booking deposit are waived and full payment is due at the time of booking.

Mission Statement


Our state-of-the-art acoustic ceiling pairs perfectly with our audio-visual equipment. This equipment interfaces with your laptop or phone–wireless microphones are available as well. This equipment comes included with your rental package. Our portable stage can also be rented for your event. Additionally, we maintain a portable speaker system with two speakers and wired microphones, two portable projectors, and a portable screen, all available should you need them. Concerts, lectures, trainings, classes: No matter your needs, Headwaters and its equipment has you covered.

Our History

Tables, Chairs and Linens

Headwaters rentals include round and rectangular tables and indoor and outdoor chairs for your event. Tablecloths and napkins are also available. In addition, we rent tables, chairs, and linens (when available) for local area events. Headwaters is a planning one-stop-shop ensuring your event looks good and goes even better.
