Descripton
Accommodate 600 people comfortably our Wind River Room is perfect for larger events or if you just need some extra space! We can partition this room into two smaller groups (Noted in our facility specs as 1a and 1b). Our “Big Room” has a state-of-the-art acoustic ceiling that is perfect for concerts. This pairs perfectly with our hi-end audio/visual equipment. *1a and 1b break-out rooms are 750 sq. ft. each and seat up to 50 people.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit/Cancellation Policy A REFUNDABLE Security Deposit is required for all room rentals. Please add this item from the Additional Items section of the booking page. The above paid booking deposit will be applied towards the total balance the day of the event. Cancellations must be submitted to Headwaters in writing or via email. The booking deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled BEFORE 30 days prior to the event date. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the event, the booking deposit is nonrefundable.
